CREWED YACHT CHARTER COSTS – 

The cost of a crewed yacht charter depends on the size of the yacht, destination, and service level. Whether you’re exploring the Caribbean, Virgin Islands, or Bahamas, there are two main pricing structures:

All-Inclusive Charters 

  • Typical Cost:
    $7999 per couple Nov 1- May 31
    $6999 per couple June 1- Oct 31


Vessels:   Sailing Catamarans

What’s Included:

  • Professional crew (captain, hostess)
  • All on board meals, snacks, and beverages (including premium alcoholic drinks)
  • Fuel for the yacht and tender
  • Water sports equipment (snorkeling gear, kayaks, paddleboards)
  • Cruising permits and local fees


What’s NOT Included:

  • Crew gratuity (15–20% of charter fee)
  • Onshore meals (3 or 4 Dinners) or excursions
  • Transportation to/from the yacht


Crew Gratuities:

  • Standard Tip: 15–20% of total charter rate
  • How to Pay: Cash, Venmo, PayPal, or electronic transfer
  • Given at the end of the trip as appreciation for exceptional service


Payment Terms:

  • 25% Deposit: At booking (if more than 6 months out)
  • 25% Payment: Due 6 months before departure
  • Final 50% + APA (if applicable): Due 45–60 days prior to the charter
